This beer is a collaboration with South Jersey Preservation for the 2026 Farmers Summit. We used Pilsner malt from Rabbit Hill Farms in Shiloh, NJ along with a small portion of German Vienna malt and hopped with Hallertau Mittelfruh. Fermented cool under pressure with a traditional top-fermenting German yeast strain for natural carbonation. 26 IBUs

Flight pour Lukr at the brewery (bottom left in photo), 4/1/26. Clear gold, creamy white head. Clean and bright. Grainy, grassy, light lemon. Lemongrass too.
