A large can from Mia C’Bon near NCCU [before they shut up shop]: ‘Zero’ LOL, how many teetotalers have chugged this one? Aroma: freshly mown grass with a floral hit. Appearance: clear light amber; lots of tiny bubbles rising but zero head. Palate: light-bodied and a little bit tart, fizzy carbonation; finishes on a not unpleasant bready note. Taste: lightly sweet, sherbet lemons, biscuit; alcohol is discreet. Unusual and flavoursome, I enjoyed it.
