Aroma: crisp floral to mixed citrusy with a nice zestiness and a light grapefruity with a slight peachy & sweet piney & a light note of gooseberry to white grape-like hoppiness
Flavor: definitely leads with the white grapey to gooseberry appeal in a sweet to slightly zesty sort of sense; finishes clean with a touch of dryness and a light nick of hop zest in a white grapey sort of way
Texture: light bodied; sessionable; good smoothness along the tongue with a subtle drying effect somewhat reminding me of a lingering dry hopping character - however, I don't think this was dry-hopped? hmmm...well, I'll say a nice carb level to this beer
Overall: nice enough New Zealand pilsner or could be construed as an IPL depending on who you talk to.
