Annex's yearly collaboration with Phil & Sebastian Coffee Roasters is back! This full-bodied stout features bourbon coffee grown by Honduran producer Elder Chavez, whose bold vision has turned his farm into a hub of innovation and quality. Elder’s coffee is as rich in story as it is in flavour. Driven by a pursuit of excellence, he replanted an entire plot with Peruvian Geisha seeds, a rare and expensive variety, smuggled in by Sebastian himself. As a nod to Elder, we brewed a stout using his bourbon coffee, a traditional variety known for its balanced chocolate notes. We infused our stout base with a cold brew made from both ground and whole beans, creating a beer with low bitterness and deep layers of dark chocolate and caramel. It's thick, smooth, and packed with coffee character.

473ml can. Pours an opaque black with a medium, foamy, short lived, brown head that laces. Aroma of roasted malt, dark chocolate and coffee. Semi-sweet flavour of roasted malt, liquorice, dark chocolate and a hint of cherry in a dry, bitter coffee finish. Medium body with a slightly creamy, smooth texture and soft carbonation. Tasty, easy to drink and enjoyable.
