Sjampanjebrus is inspired by the classic Champagnebrus ice lolly. Known for its bright green colour and crisp grape and pear flavour, it’s a nostalgic summer staple. We’ve taken that familiar flavour and reworked it into a tarter, less sweet sour that’s light, refreshing, and easy drinking.

Can from Havnens Vin Og Tobakhus. Pours muddy dark green with medium white head. Aroma is intense mint, lime, overripe pear and vinegar. Taste is medium sweet, faint bitter, and very acidic. Body is oily with medium carbonation. Finish of long and balanced sweet and acidic with notes of mint, lime, pears, kiwi, and vinegar. Nice sour but doesn't quite hit the "champagnebrus" flavour in the spot

Tap @ Basement Beer Bar, Aalborg. Hazy toxic green with a white head. Pretty close to the popsicle. Aroma is sweet, pear, guava and light tart. Flavor is medium sweet and light acidic. Sweet and light acidic finish. 180426
