Inner Landscape is another foray into experimenting with toasted nuts. We blended two different stout recipes and a dark munichwine that was brewed with cacao nibs. After blending, more cacao nibs, the signature PP vanilla blend, and toasted Virginian peanuts were infused. The resulting character of this blend is direct and flavor-forward, with rich notes of roasted peanut brittle, berry-forward dark-chocolate, and vanilla custard saturating the palate. A perfect beer to share with friends and family over the holidays.
