Draft at Pies & Pints Charleston. Clear golden color, medium white head. Aroma of light white pepper and hay. Taste is clean and crisp grassy straw. OK.

Draft at Pies & Pints Fayetteville. Pours a clear dark golden color with a large creamy off-white head. Good head retention. Aroma of pale malts, floral and grassy hops, stone fruits. The taste is doughy malts, floral and grassy hops. Medium bodied, mild sweetness. Decent.

On tap at Pies and Pints. Pours golden with small white head that dissapates quickly. Well carbonated, good lacing, and medium body. Taste is light floral malt and hint of crisp hops in the finish. Very refreshing for a summer day. Best Kolsch I have had, I would not be surprized if this one gets in the top ten for the style.
