For this iteration we opted to greet one of the newest bestest hops in an overindulgent fashion, tripling down on Dolcita, in three different formats; T-90, Lupocore, and Quantum. Like other hazies in this series, we pack in so much in the way of hops the result is a Hazy IPA with a more balanced bitterness and even more intense aroma, this time with over-the-top notes of coconut cream pie, apricot puree, pineapple spears, peach ring gummies, sweet orange zest, vanilla pudding powder, and hints of American oak.

Draft. Hazy amber beer with a cream head. Coconut and light spice aroma. Coconut and citrus flavor with ight tropical fruit. Medium bodied. Good bitterness. Coconut and tropical fruit linger with citrus.
