The profile leads with notes of fresh cracker and sweet bread, layered with a bright blend of floral and herbal spice. Finishing light and snappy, it’s a beer meticulously brewed for outdoor sipping and garden wandering.

We’ve teamed up with our neighbors at the UMLAUF Sculpture Garden to brew something special for their annual Garden Party! Inspired by the serene beauty of the UMLAUF, Garden Lotus is a liquid tribute to Austin’s favorite urban sanctuary. We looked to the Alsace region of France for inspiration, resulting in a Pilsner that is as elegant and balanced as a bronze masterpiece.
