Draught Thick, lacey ringed cream-coloured head over cola-coloured to black beer. Chocolate, cardboard, cold omelette, just a whiff of horseblanket. Chocolate, again the wet carboard, wet and crushed grains. Old cloth. Quite light body, bit slick, low carbonation. Not a usual stout, and the nose indeed seems to point towards the Secretum yeast.
