Huge dense yellow head over clear, metallic golden beer with a chromate sheen. End of bottle solid deposit. Passion fruit juice, as in a yoghurt. Faintly sourish smelling, with a very fruity aroma. Dry-ish initial flavour, the passionf fruit and ending fairly (fruit)sweet. Quite slick, on the edge of stick. Mild carbonation. Amusing, pleasing fruitbeer.
