Thanks Christine from smarts beer for my 40 years old. Opening this bottle during the last sunday after the birthday of my uncle at Vallorbe. Drinking it on the balcony at Epalinges. Average lager with more bitterness than usual, a bit soir, grainy, 23.06.22
