5% Sea Salt & Oyster Shell Schwarzbier.
Celebrating London's love and history with oysters, we've created a smooth, crisp, dark lager using whole oyster shells and Whitstable sea salt.
A light body with a gentle roasted coffee character. Prominent notes of rich dark chocolate and sea salt. A smooth nutty finish from inclusion of the oyster shells in our boil. Hopped with Mandarina Bavaria for a smooth and pleasing bitterness.
Tasting Notes: Roasted Hazelnut Coffee, Dark Chocolate, Sea Salt
Allergens: Shellfish. Malted Barley (Gluten).
Brewed in Collaboration with Whitstable Oyster Brewing Company, at Mikkeller Brewpub London, Exmouth Market
