With the Apple Blossom as our state flower, Arkansas has long grown beautiful apples for the eating, baking & cider making. This addition to our tap wall honors the first Apple Blossom Queen, Ruby Robinson, crowned in 1923. A crisp, clear & very dry cider, this offering should satisfy the cider fanatic while making the style more accessible to drinkers who like something a little less sweet. Celebrate Queen Ruby & Arkansas’s apple heritage with a pint today.

Nice to see a brewery doing a cider. Draft at the source. Crystal clear bright golden yellow color, white edge head, champagne bubbles. Aroma of dried apple skins. Taste is fruity at first, then dried skins, dry finish. Tasty.
