A French style farmhouse ale brewed with wheat and spelt malt, hopped with French Barbe Rouge, and fermented warm with our farmhouse yeast blend. This first iteration also features Huell Melon hops that were aged 5 years, giving the beer notes of sumac spice and bales of straw.

Sample at Denver Rare Beer Tasting XVI (Last Call) on 10/09/2025. Clear golden color with a medium frothy white head that dissipates gradually to a film. Floral and fruity aroma with yeast and malt notes. Light-bodied with flavors of floral yeast, tropical fruit and grainy malt. The finish is fruity with a yeast and malt aftertaste. Pretty good overall.
