Belgian-style Tripel aged for 26 months in Pinot Noir barrels from our friends at Wren Hop Vineyards in Windsor, California, blended with the same freshly brewed Tripel recipe. The base beer was brewed with French Pilsen malt and American hops and fermented with a classic Belgian Trappist yeast. The French oak imparts wonderful flavors of vanilla, spice, and honey on top of the underlying notes of white grape, pear, orange peel, and clove. Finishes slightly sweet, warming & tannic.
