This DDH Pale is one of a trio celebrating our freshly arrived hand-selected hops from the USA. We choose our hops for the individual impact of each varietal but also how they work in harmony together. Packed full of our hand-selected Mosaic and Mosaic Cryo, backed up by Citra and Idaho 7. Expect notes of ripe mango, blueberry and peach, layered with zesty citrus, soft tropical fruit and a touch of dank resin.

Draught @ MBCC , 2026, Copenhagen. Pours Cloudy Yellow Golden with a White head. Citrus, juicy bright hops. Smooth and herbal. Nice.

440ml can from Middle Farm, Firle and shared in Kuala Lumpur. Poured a hazy yellow golden colour with a short-lived, frothy white head. The aroma is grainy, stone fruits. The flavour is moderate bitter, light sweet, with a fresh, crisp, juicy citrus, mango, light piney, light watery melon, mineral, light hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation.

On tap at The Rusty Bucket, Eltham. Piney resinous nose of grapefruit, tangerine, sweet herbs, tropical fruits. Taste is peach, grapefruit, underripe mango, papaya, black tea, more sweet herb. Herby citrusy aftertaste.
