From a bottle at Whole Foods Beer School. Pours a pale gold with an off white head. Light malty nose. Flavors of white bread. Crisp bitter finish.

Sampled on draft at the Virginia Beach brewpub this beer poured a dark golden color with a large foamy white head that left excellent lacing. The aroma was grassy and tangy with a lemongrass note. The flavor was lemongrass, sweetish and tangy with a hint of cracker and turns a bit sour as it progresses. Medium length sour and tangy lemongrass and cracker finish. Light to medium body. Meh.

Draft sample @Syracuse location. Typical color, nose is light Saaz hop and corn. Flavor is about right for the style. Saaz hops, hay, corn and grain backbone. Flavor is clean and crisp. Ok.

Draught as part of a flight of 6 at the GB in Miami, on December 1, 2012.Clear pale golden color, white head. Odd spicy, cardboard, vegetable, berry taste. Spritzy mouthfeel, low bitterness. Chalky, cardboard off-scent.

Draught at the brewpub on Paradise Rd, Las Vegas, NV
Hazy golden color; creamy head. The aroma is mild, sweetish malty, more Lager than Pilsner. Maltish flavor, simple but not bad, with very light residual sweetness; correct bitterness.
More than drinkable.

Draught, 5.6% at the brewpub. Not much aroma. The flavour starts off with a bready maltiness, medium bitterness. Some paper in the finish. Very subtle aroma hop flavour. Not the best example of the Czech pilsener style, but not a bad beer.

Deep golden color, small white head, lace. Buttery, light Saaz aroma. Light-bodied. Sweetish malty, some butterscotch, light Saazer bitterness. Could have a bit more bitterness. Short grassy aftertaste.
