Draught at the brewpub on Paradise Rd, Las Vegas, NV
Hazy golden color; creamy head. The aroma is mild, sweetish malty, more Lager than Pilsner. Maltish flavor, simple but not bad, with very light residual sweetness; correct bitterness.
More than drinkable.

Draught, 5.6% at the brewpub. Not much aroma. The flavour starts off with a bready maltiness, medium bitterness. Some paper in the finish. Very subtle aroma hop flavour. Not the best example of the Czech pilsener style, but not a bad beer.

A golden pils with a thick frothy white head. In aroma, musty and chalky malt with classic German hops. In mouth, a smooth biscuitty malt with German hops, light mineral notes, medium bodied. On tap at DCA location, April 14 2011.

Nice copper coloured body with a tan head and tons of bubbles rising from the bottom. Aroma of caramel and strong malt with a touch of yeast and dough in the nose. Medium-bodied; Pungent malty flavour with a lot of caramel and nuts tucked in. Aftertaste shows some caramel sweetness, a touch of hops, a little metal and a lot of malt. Overall, a decent beer, pretty representative of the style, with a touch maltier flavour than most in the Czech Republic and darker in colour as well. I sampled this pint on draught at the brewpub in Washington, DC on 12-February-2011.
