From tap at Boscos, Memphis. Old school Cascade IPA, some orangey & floral hops with caramel malt, modest sweetish grain. Bitter and sweetish flavour. Body is medium. Judging by the name the intent was to make an old school IPA, sucesfully I suppose.

Bosco's Fred Scheer does an excellent job with this IPA. Hoppy, smooth and the bitter is just right. Very enjoyable IPA.

Classic old-school IPA, floral hop bitterness balancing a caramel sweetness. Finishes dry and perfume-ish. Decent.

Draft in Little Rock. Clear golden color, bright white head. Aroma of ripe stone fruit. Taste is bitter and fruity, edge of bitter lemon.

Draft - Pine and caramel. Clear gold with a rich beige head. Big up front bitterness with a caramel backbone. Not much hop profile outside bitterness.

Tap at Boscos Memphis. Slightly hazy amber orange. Thin oily head. Overwhelming diacetyl ringwood action. Quite a sub par offering. Mild soapy hop character, overwhelming off flavors. Amateur hour, this is pretty disgusting.

Location: Draft at Little Rock Brewpub, 8/23/11
Aroma: The nose has some citrus and pine hops plus some caramel malts
Appearance: The pour is caramel in color with a medium amount of lace
Flavor: The taste is what you would expect, light sweet with a bigger hop profile/bitterness
Palate: The body is light-medium with a slightly metalic mouthfee, fairly easy drinking stuff
Overall Impression: This one had a fairly standard (read: to be expected) hop profile. There was a nice bitterness there, but no complexity. Just call this one an alright IPA that is hardly memorable.

on tap at the Little Rock location pours dirty blond with a medium white head. Aroma is strong pine and floral hops. Flavor is awesome. Great balance. Caramel malt and nutty malts are cut by huge pine hope bitterness. A very nice IPA.

on tap-pours an off white head that laces and gold color. Aroma is pine hops, secondary medium malt. Taste is pine/citrus (cascade) hops-some bitterness, secondary medium malt-sweet. Easy.
