This blend of two large-format English-style barleywine barrels was aged in 14 year old George Dickel barrels for 31 months. We selected a range of vanilla beans from Uganda, Congo, Ecuador, Sri Lanka, and Vanuatu to complement and enhance the deep character of our base barleywine. These beans brought out layers of rich caramel, dark chocolate, figs, prunes, and raisins, along with notes of nutmeg, dried apricot, cherry, warm spices, and a subtle touch of floral earth. Over time, these flavors unfold in a slow, evolving ware, revealing the complexity and depth of this unique creation
