So uhh, tick-tock and keep tickin’. This 3.4% session IPA bursts onto the scene with fresh citrus and tropical character from a classic trio of Citra, Centennial and Mosaic raisin' hell with the flavour. Perfectly sessionable, full of flavour, and built for easy drinking. Ah, yeah, again and again!

Keg at The Draughtsman, Doncaster. Hazy brown tinged gols. Foamy white head. Aroma has herbs and slightly vinous notes over sweet but sour edged fruit. Flavourwise it's similar. A sweetbfruit cover but over this we have a sour and bitter edged streak. Herbal..Vinous. Dark. Medium bodied. Slick. Soft carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Really good SIPA.
