Despite the crudeness it is tricky to make an effective Molotov cocktail. Despite the unruly nature of the rebel it is very tricky to resist accepted conventions. Molotov Cocktail is a tour de force in rebellious hoppiness, it’s a spark for action and by far one of the most anti-authoritative beers ever made by Evil Twin Brewing.

Botella 66 cl de Cimmeria (18..09..2015) tomada en el momento en Belmonte el 14..12..2015. (r167). Lote 384. 14 en botella. Color ámbar miel turbio con espuma beige poco persistente y bastantes posos en suspensión. Aromas y sabores bastante maltosos y sobretodo afrutados dulces de tonos tropicales. Cuerpo intenso de 13 vol aunque sólo se nota al final cuando coge casi temperatura ambiente. Paso fácil algo espumoso y con gas. Bastante buena intensos sabores dulces afrutados con una buena dosis alcohólica. Para repetir sin duda.

Bottle at Beer & Cheese Social House, Taipei. Hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma and taste of hops, pineapple, some grapefruit and mango. Also light cookies. The finish was bitter and with warming alcohol.

[ As Evil Twin Molotov Cocktail Single Simcoe Hop Edition ].Clear medium yellow orange color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, pine, grass, light resin. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, sugary, pale malt, hoppy, pine, citrus, fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20150829]

[9/28/15] Draught at Beer Temple in Amsterdam. Cloudy orange. Aroma of piney and leafy hops and sweet caramelly malt. Sweet flavor with malt, caramel, a bit of honey, and bitter piney hops. Kinda oily and a bit boozy.

Refrigerated brown bomber, February 5, 2015 poured into a glass. Slightly hazy deep golden with small white head. Aroma is malty, medium body, little carbonation, and good lacing. Taste is malty, herbal hops, and some alcohol.
