Despite the crudeness it is tricky to make an effective Molotov cocktail. Despite the unruly nature of the rebel it is very tricky to resist accepted conventions. Molotov Cocktail is a tour de force in rebellious hoppiness, it’s a spark for action and by far one of the most anti-authoritative beers ever made by Evil Twin Brewing.

Bottle at Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2015, Ulfborg. Pours clear dark golden with a medium off white head. Aroma of fruits, light citrus, cheesy hops, caramel malt and toffee. Flavour is light heavy sweet and moderate bitter. Medium to full bodied with alcohol warmth and soft carbonation.

Sampled at 8th Danish Ratebeer Gathering, Ulfborg 2015, day 2. Clear yellow to light orange color, medium sized white to off-white head. Aroma is malts, grassy hops somehow, a bit sweetish as well. Weird, sort of conflicting a bit. Well maybe it’s just me. Taste malts, definitely quite heavy on the alcohol, resin, pine, sweetish, light alcohol bitter in the finish. Heavy beer, maybe too heavy to drink an entire bottle by yourself. However, splitting it with a couple of people works fine. Quite enjoyed my pour.

Runder hopfiger Antrunk. Leider steigert sich der Hopfen in einen intensiven, nass grasigen Status, zu süß, klebrig. von den Aromen passt das Bier ansonsten, der Alkoholgehalt lässt die Aromen aber zu klebrig wirkend. 8/10/8/8/9/8

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Clear golden a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and moderate hoppy - fruity. Flavor is quite sweet and rather bitter. Dry and rather bitter finish with warming alcohol. 290815

Dark blond colour with thin head. Fruity aroma with some citrus and peach. Well balanced. The bitterness is not overpowering. Fine carbonation. Fairly thick texture but doesn’t give a furry tongue. Hard to believe that it’s 13% abv.
