Mr. Norway Spruce is a tribute to a grand spruce tree planted by our great uncle, Wilmer Binner, in 1959 on our family farm! The tree currently stands over 60 feet tall, and is one of the tallest and oldest trees on the property. This label was drawn by co-owner Lou Rotunda’s daughter, Leah Rotunda.
This beer was designed to be an easy, everyday drinking West coast IPA, hopped with Simcoe, Citra and Columbus hops! From all the Rotunda’s and Binner’s, we hope you enjoy this refreshing, crushable IPA!

On tap at Rotunda Brewpub.
Appearance is as shown in the picture.
Aroma: big piney sweet to bitter rolling hoppy tones with smooth citrusy sweet bitter hop tones and a great clean bready sweet malt backbone
Flavor: melds the prior noted aromas to a fine bittersweet quality; finishes bittersweet to pillowy sweet toned
Texture: light to medium bodied; sessionable; pretty smooth along the tongue with nothing distracting; good carb level
Overall: worthy West coast styled IPA I would return to.
