Draft at the brewery taproom. Poured a clear dark brown colour with a big, mostly lasting frothy tan head. The aroma is roasty, coffee, caramel. The flavour is moderate sweet, with a smooth, somewhat rich, roasty, dry coffee, light chocolate, liquorice bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
