FOURTH is our very first four-year spontaneous blend brewed between our Spring 2018 and Spring 2021 brewing seasons. Each of these batches was brewed following a traditional spontaneous brewing process using a turbid mash with a grist consisting entirely of New Jersey-grown malt.

Each blend underwent an extended boil with aged hops, then was transferred to our coolship where it cooled overnight, exposed to the open air and resident microflora.

Our team highlighted the individual casks to produce this blend, selected for their highly aromatic profiles coupled with a vibrancy that contrasts their age.
