Ezekkel a gyökerekkel jó lesz vigyázni! A gyömbér és a kurkuma természetes barátok a konyhában, amit tökéletesen kiegészít a maracuja. Ebből a találkozásból lett a Brothers In Roots: egy karakteres sour ale, amelynek alapját a maracujalé friss, intenzív savassága adja.

You’ll want to keep an eye on these roots! Ginger and turmeric are natural allies in the kitchen, perfectly complemented by passion fruit. This combination gave rise to Brothers In Roots: a distinctive sour ale whose foundation is the fresh, intense acidity of passion fruit juice. This is paired with the pleasant spiciness of ginger juice and the warmth of turmeric, resulting in an exceptionally exciting and beautifully orange-hued brew. A little spicy, a little tangy, a little fruity. Give it a try - it’s well worth it.

From tap at Monyo tap house, Budapest, 24.04.26. Clear straw colour. Quickly disappearing white head. Fine aroma and taste of ginger and pale malt. Refreshing, with a solid and lingering ginger sting.
