Good uptake for this one, its a little sweet but not heavily cloying like so many other domestic examples of the marzen style. Yes, a little on the thinner side but has good carbonation and holds my interest without being offensive. Clean, lightly rich, and toasty with a balance of mildly sweet bready malt and a moderately dry finish. Lighter body, smooth co2 texture, low hop bitterness. In the middle getting notes of toasted bread, crackers, and a tad of caramel. Yet, never gets heavy. I'm liking this.
