Eureka: North West IPA is a sharp return to clarity. Simcoe lays down pine, grapefruit and a hint of berry, while Mosaic adds blueberry-dank and tropical flickers. Together they smell like rain on pine and taste like citrus peel snapped clean. At 7% it’s lean, bitter and bone-dry — bright hop electricity brewed for the Moersleutel Guild.
