Bosbes is a blend of lambic style beer that was aged in used french oak wine barrels for 18-24 months. It was then re-fermented with two pounds per gallon of blueberries for 6 weeks.
We recommend drinking Bosbes fresh, but it will age very well in the cellar.

Bottle shared by Jack, thanks! Pours a clear slightly hazy amber gold with a white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has earthy sour blueberry with some oak and a bit of light grain underlying. Flavor has earthy and sour blueberries with a strong earthy oak note coming through.
