Amber beer with medium body and fairly bitter taste. The use of caramel malts gives this beer hints of caramel, nutty and delicate toasted, while the American hops give it fragrances of tropical fruit and citrus.
It combines very well with appetizers of tasty cheese, but also to second dishes of cooked pork or grilled lamb, spiced meats, grilled fish or barbecued.

Draught @ Chianti Brew Fighters Pub, Florence. Pours a murky reddish amber, off-white head. Immediately becomes clear this is either a bit old or is the remnants left in the line overnight.. bit weak, a touch sour.. no need to taste any more. Shame. Rated kindly.
