Perihelion is a bolder, higher-ABV lineup where each release puts the spotlight on a single standout hop.

This brew is built around an experimental hop cultivation and harvest method called the Bliss process, developed by New Zealand's Freestyle Hops. By intentionally stressing the hop vines and precisely timing their late harvest, Freestyle maximizes tropical thiol aromas in the raw hop. This gives us massive guava and passionfruit notes while keeping the classic grape and citrus characteristics of an earlier harvest.

To support the Nelson Sauvin core, we added Riwaka and Citra on both the hot and cold sides of the brew. The Nelson brings huge mango and Sauvignon Blanc flavors, Riwaka adds lychee and lemongrass, and Citra rounds it all out with overall tropical notes of pineapple and guava.
