Tenhle Tropical Stout obrací klasiku naruby. Chmely Sabro a HBC-1019 přinášejí tóny kokosu, zralého tropického ovoce a jemné vanilky, které sedí na hladkém, lehce praženém základu. Při 16° Plato je pivo plné, sametové a překvapivě dobře pitelné — výrazné chutí, ale bez zbytečné těžkosti. Temné, sebevědomé a nečekaně svěží.

This tropical stout flips the script on a classic dark beer. Sabro and HBC-1019 layer in notes of coconut, ripe tropical fruit and soft vanilla over a smooth, roasty backbone. Thinnish bod, med-light carbo. Med bitter, low sweet, pretty dry. Med deep roast, coffeeish, light ashy. Light woody, dank, hint of coconut hops. Overall very good. This is how I envision the style.
