Inspired by Dr. Strangelove or: How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb, this beer takes a cue from the film’s famous advice, when things feel a little chaotic, sometimes the best move is to simply stop worrying…and have a beer.
Polotmavý sits right in that beautiful Czech sweet spot between light and dark lager. Pouring a deep amber with ruby highlights, Stop Worrying brings layers of soft toasted bread crust, gentle caramel, and a touch of cocoa from the darker malts, all balanced by the crisp snap of Czech hops.
It’s smooth, elegant, and endlessly drinkable, the kind of beer that reminds you why the Czechs perfected the art of lager in the first place.

Toasted pecan aroma. Cloudy bronze, lasting medium head. Grass, pecan, dried leaves. Medium body, easy carbonation. Dry and bitter for the style. A bit too hoppy.

Pretty pleasant for a poltmavy. Some rust but comes off crisp. Finishes with attic musk. Definitely more among the lines of Czech pils, or a hybrid anyway. Maybe that's why I like it more than other polotmavies. Pours dark amber with great head. Crisp and bitter end. Love the can. Can from Norms.
