Nicely balanced and enjoyable though it suffers somewhat from being a little too watery. Light copper pour with off-white head. Flowery hop aroma with some hints of citrus. The backbone aroma is caramel and peach. Moderately sweet flavor and a moderate bitterness. Light to medium body. The carbonation follows suit with everything else β€” no one aspect of this beer dominates. A straightforward, classic IPA.

Bottle: Copper colored pour with a small white head. Nose of floral and citrus, even a little caramel. The taste is dry and floral hops, a bit weak in intensity. Needs a little more sweetness/citrus, but not undrinkable.

Draft. Amber beer with a nice off-white head. Grapefruit and orange aroma with a bit of pine. Citrus flavor with pine. Some malt sweetness, but a little lighter in body. Lingering piney, light grapefruit bitterness. Very drinkable.

Bottle Pours a slightly hazy light orange with a decent sized and fairly lasting sandy colored head. Spotty lacing Aroma is a faint and blunt sweet hoppt aroma. The flavors are decidedly more balanced with the light and sweet malts coming through a bit more. A bit cereal and honey like but refreshing. Mild lingering hop bitterness. Soft carbonation and a smooth creamy feal.

Blond color. Excellent aroma, fruity (apricots, pineapple…). Too thin mouthfeel, with a pleasant resiny bitterness.

(Bottle 35,5 cl) Clear, pilsener golden with a small, off-white head. Lovely flowery hop aroma. Rather light body completely dominated by great, flowery aroma hops that don’t leave any major bitterness. Very pure and straight IPA. 270106

An orange beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma is sweet with light notes of both hops and caramel - but it also has some notes of barnyard, which makes me wonder if it is a bit off. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel and some Cascade fruit notes, leading to a hoppy bitter end. OK hoppiness, but nothing crazy.

Bottle at GBBF Golden colour, good berry fruit and good hops with lots of citrus, only slightly sweetish and not as overpowering as some of the other American IPAs we had today. Very very nice and extremely drinkable
