Beer style PASTRY SOUR ALE is a sour ALE in which lactose is used to balance and sweeten beer. We have a new sour with blackberry puree, pear puree and cinnamon. The beer will warm you up by this special taste. It has only 4.8% alcohol 😉.
Malt: pilsen, wheat, wheat and oat flakes, lactose,

Can. Orange color with a pink hue, hazed, short bubbly white head. Flavor somewhat fruity. Berries, wheat, orange, grapefruit, currant. Taste is well balanced, sweetish and moderately sour, silky texture, fruity finish with hints of spices. Not a fan of the style but nice for summer I'd say.
