Bière rappelant un pouding chômeur, brassée avec le champignon nommé lactaire à odeur d'érable cueilli dans Charlevoix. Le conditionnement à l'azote accentue la texture onctueuse. À verser en soft pour pour un effet de cascade digne des bières irlandaises iconiques.

Can: Poured a copper color ale with a medium size off-white foamy head with OK retention and some lacing. Aroma of dry caramelized malt with some maple syrup notes and mushroom notes also perceptible. Taste is also a mix of caramelized malt notes with some maple syrup umami notes and mushroom notes with a dry finish. Body is thin as per style with good carbonation. Interesting experiment with some mushrooms but results is so-so.
