MEXICAN STYLE LAGER brewed with Domestic Pilsner Malt, Flaked Yellow Corn and Chit Malt. It was then lightly hopped with Moteuka before lagering for an extended period, then conditioned on Lime and Himalayan Pink Salt.

16 oz can from Icarus, 5/18/26. Pours a mostly clear yellowish color with a fizzy white head that leaves basically no lace on the glass. The lime comes through super strong on the aroma and flavor, with grains, lemon, spice, and some salinity. Lively carbonation. Easy crusher, kinda great for this 93 degree day.
