To celebrate our 5th anniversary, we have brewed nothing else than a birthday cake in a glass… Surrealism at its best. Inspired by our Granny's Lemon Meringue Pie, this pastry sour blends Syracuse lemon with hints of biscuits & cereals. More than a beer, it is a celebration meant to be shared.

Draught Medium, dense white head over hazy yellow beer. Pastry indeed, clear lemon meringue. Hits the nail, but it has an overdose of vanillasugar. Citric acid, lemon, lactic acid, faint(er) vanilla, and I guess lactose. Acidthinning, low carbonation, medium bodied. Wry, dry-out effect. Nose wouldn't incite me for another, but in the taste things get corrected, certainly OK.
