Belgian style Wit wit(h) a twist. Classic base of wheat malt, low colour barley, Coriander seeds and belgian yeast. Pitched with fresh Bergamot juice, giving the beer a distinct herbal and gently sour/bitter taste.

Draught Small if persistent white head, irregular, over faintly hazed golden beer. Sorry, insectrepellant - OK, let's say lemonbalm, and aniseed or fennel. Some caramel, citrus. Orangepeel, again this faint lemonbalm + lavender (the Bergamot, no doubt). Wheat, limepeel, even some amandine and finally Bergamot essence. Medium bodied, very slick, medium to good carbonation. Long-lasting flavours. The aroma could come over as unsettling initially, in the end, I like it way more than a classical wit.
