A light interpretation of the northern German sour style – the mineral-driven wheat gose. The rye accompanying the wheat brings a subtle tartness and bread-like character that pairs beautifully with the gentle salinity. We complemented the orchard fruit aroma with lemon zest, creating a refreshingly fragrant yet unconventional result.
Malts:Pilsner, Wheat, Rye

Med-thin bod, med carbo. Med sour, light salty, light sweet. Nice clean gose, slightly citric feeling, slightly ryey. Overall nice tho, beery, classic.
