Black with a pale beige head. Chocolate, coffee, roasted malts, earthy, a touch of cocoa powder. Medium body with an ashy profile. Finish is dry and roasted, though not too bold. A fine stout. --- Beer aliased from original tick of Stout on 16 Aug 2025 at 19:32 - Score: Appearance - 7 | Aroma - 7.5 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 7 | Overall - 8. Original review text: Black with a thin head. Big notes of roasted malt, molasses, coffee, burnt malt, light vanilla. Medium bodied. Lingering roasted notes with a little sweetness. Very nice.

Negra opaca. Buena stout.

Cask at Craft Brew Co, St Mary Axe. Dark cola. Thinest foamy off-white head. Aroma has espresso and chewy malts. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Drinkable if unexciting.
