Black with a pale beige head. Chocolate, coffee, roasted malts, earthy, a touch of cocoa powder. Medium body with an ashy profile. Finish is dry and roasted, though not too bold. A fine stout.

25/6/2026. Cask at a very hot Dove Street Inn Summer Beer Festival 2026. Good pour. Aroma is ashy, chocolate, coffee, roasted. Good roasted bitterness. Decent.
