It’s semi-dry and made from our own farm-grown special mix of apples. On the nose, it starts with gentle notes of apple blossom flowers. It’s succulent apple flavour appeases the palate, providing good tannic structure with long-lasting dryness.

On tap at Taves Estate, pours a clear pale blonde, no head. Aroma has some light tannins and crisp apple skins. Flavour is has some nice tannins, crisp apple skins, and a tiny hint of wild bugs. Nice blend of apples, amply dry. Pleasant.
