The latest iteration in our West Coast IPA series, V3 features a malt structure consisting primarily of pilsner malt, which lends a pale yellow color and the bare minimum of cereal backbone. It was hopped in the kettle with Centennial, Simcoe, Nugget, and Cascade hops - the same varietals and quantities as V2 - to perpetuate a piney and bitter starting point for the hop profile. The dry hop consisted of a touch of Centennial and Cascade, but was dominated by Nelson Sauvin and Simcoe for a more fruit-forward experience.
