Our yearly, Arizona-grown project is back... Ali Shonak (2026).

This all-Arizona lager was brewed with our friend Dero—a Phoenix-based chef and artist. This beer is built entirely from ingredients grown right here at home. Sinagua barley lays down a clean, sturdy base, while Ramona’s pink and yellow corn and heritage wheat berries add a soft sweetness and a little extra texture.

We finished it with hand-foraged wild hops from the White Mountains. They’re subtle, a little rustic, and bring a gentle bitterness with some light floral character. It’s a simple idea we look forward to every year that celebrates local ingredients, good people, and our great state of Arizona.
