10th anniversary special. Unfiltered, unpasteurized. Pilsener malts, turkey pick hops, NZ hops blend.
Turkey Pick is a blend of New Zealand hops consisting of Motueka, Riwaka and Moutere. This blend was developed and recommended by New Zealand brewers with the aim of achieving a very intense aroma. New Zealand hops are characterized by fruity and citrus notes complemented by the specific spiciness of gooseberries and currants. We used this blend in the PALE ALE beer style.

Can from Tiziano. Orange color, fine creamy white head, light haze, particles. Flavor is prominently hoppy, earthy resiny NZ-westcoast style hops, fruity tones, solid malt base, intense bitterness, finish with a ton of resin. Soft carbonation, bold body, clean, dry, yet smoothly rolled off by yeasts.
