An American Pale Ale made in collaboration with Alternate Ending Beer Co. and Crosby Hops for the 2026 Craft Brewer's Conference in Philadelphia! Brewed with 2-row barley and malted wheat from Rabbit Hill Malthouse. Hopped in the kettle and dry hopped with experimental 1631 from Roy Farms, and Exp. 2 from Crosby.
We had a wonderful time brewing this beer with the team at Alternate Ending Beer Co., top notch people making top notch beers. Its great to have passionate and dedicated brewers in the NJ beer community.
Notes of red berries, fruit punch, orange hard candy, grapefruit, and pine resin. Crisp, clean, and hoppy.

Draft at AE, 4/26/26. Clear golden, white head, heavy lacework. Lemon-lime, pine, grapefruit. Grainy, herbal, spice. Clean, fairly dry. Pretty good.
