One of the beauties of this beauty is that Riwaka has a remarkably low alpha acid percentage for how intense its aroma and oil profile is, making it a hop that we can pack into a beer without having to worry if it is going to come out tasting like an early 2000's bitter bomb. Instead what you get is an IPA that is absolutely drenched in notes of passion fruit, rio red grapefruit, golden raspberry, cara cara orange wedges, and Sprite.
